          1. Presentation of the 12\/31\/2006 Budget Project with related attachments: consequent resolutions;<\/li>\n
          2. Various and any other business.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Extraordinary Part<\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n
            1. Change in Subscribed and Paid-up Share Capital following the conversion of Warrants 2008 as of 06\/30\/2006 and any conversion of Warrants 2008 as of 06\/30\/2007;<\/li>\n
            2. Reduction of the share capital resolved and related statutory changes;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              The assembly approved the consolidated budget as of 12\/31\/2006, closing with a net profit of \u20ac 180,955 after taxes. In 2006, management completed the reorganization process initiated in 2005, which, together with the cost reduction policy, led to a significant improvement in operating margin. The financial situation of the Company also showed a clear improvement in financial indebtedness, with an improvement of about \u20ac 500,000 compared to the 2005 financial year.<\/p>\n

              For the extraordinary part, the Company proceeded to decrease the share capital previously resolved for an amount of \u20ac 2,968,413 following the non-entry into the share capital of Kariba by the company ABM Merchant. The share capital subscribed and paid up was also adjusted as a result of the conversions of warrants 2008 that occurred on 06\/30\/2006 and 06\/30\/2007 for a total amount of \u20ac 5,404.70.
