The float department is a concrete example of this approach: a fully automated production line where processing takes place in series. Components are progressively assembled until the finished float is obtained, which is then tested with water at 10 bar.

Checks are carried out during the various stages of production and at the end of the process, in accordance with precise and repeatable procedures.

Our flushing systems and related components are tested to ensure tightness, functionality and durability, simulating real conditions of use.
